mögliche Lösung:

Überprüfen der local Security policy "User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode"

--> Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Local Policies\Security Options\ → User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode → set to disable

Fehler:
